1.Take Care of Your Aches and Pains

It could be taking a hot bubble bath when your kids have gone to sleep or reading a book whilst they are playing outside. I try to wake up well before my kids do to have some alone time. 3. Ignore the Haters
When another parent or someone close to you tells you that you are doing something wrong when raising your children, it is important that you ignore them. Only you know what is right for your little ones, so don’t let anybody tell you otherwise. You are doing an amazing job as a mom, so allow others to express their opinions, but let them glide straight over your shoulder. People are very quick to judge when they haven’t been in your shoes before, so don’t listen to anything you don’t believe is supportive. People will always find a problem with something you do for or teach your children.
4. Lean on Your Partner for Support
If you require more emotional support from your other half, then now would be the ideal time to ask. This is one of the most important ones on this list. Your other half might be busy at work, so you feel like you don’t have enough support at home with the kids. Speak openly and honestly and you will be able to find the guidance you need to help you through. And, if your partner isn’t willing to help or be there for you emotionally, you need to reevaluate and talk to them about how they need to take part.
