We will all experience loss and grief at some point in our lives. However, knowing that everyone goes through it does not make it any easier to deal with. If you do go through any particularly low periods, you might want to see your doctor. Grieving can sometimes result in being depressed, and if you ever feel this way, it’s always recommended to seek professional help before you get worse. Don’t forget to take care of yourself in all of this. I’m sure that is what the deceased would have wanted. Stick to a healthy diet and get regular exercise. You might be surprised by how much this lifts your mood.
